As you get off the bus, our services begins. The ladies treating
the guests await you with great enthusiasm and try to make guests
feel at home. The attendants at any time provide you with hot towels

Front Desk
The Front Desk is located in the main hall on
the first floor, with the inquiry office, the cash desk, and the
baggage section. They serve guests all day long, such as inquirying,
cashing, ordering food, exchange, waking-up, depositing, luggage
conveying etc. |

Guide Service
Each cruise ship has professional guides. Usually
according to the composing of the tourist party, we will arrange
one to two professional guides including the language of Chinese
and English. The tourist guides will gather in a general way all
the tourists to hold a meeting about the journey before the cruise
ship navigates. Every day, the guides will inform through the central
broadcasting system or bulletin board all the tourists of activities
arrangement of next day. They will guide tourists to participate
in various activities and introduce the Three Gorges to tourists. |

Meal Service
According to the guests' diet, we have prepared
sumptuous dishes and drink. We provide both Chinese and Western
food for you. Here we have top-ranking chefs, who serve you delicious
dishes. The first day, the Captain will hold a cocktail party and
the last day, a see-off dinner party for you. |

Guest Room Service
Each guest room has the control for the central
air-conditioning and central broadcasting system. You may regulate
by yourself according to your need. Some rooms are outfitted small
bars, which provide various beverages. The room attendants will
clean the room and make the bed for you every day. In addition,
you may enjoy laundry service, and the attendants will send and
fetch cloths for you. |

Recreation and Gymnastic service
The Recreation and Gymnastic Center of the cruise
ship provides tourists with free equipments for improving their
health, and you may exercise in the gymnasium at any moment. Some
cruise ships are specially outfitted Sauna Rooms which provide Sauna;
the Medical Service Center offers both Chinese and Western medical
services; the library reading room provides different kinds of Chinese
or foreign books, magazines and newspaper etc. The Barbershop and
the Beauty parlor offer various hairdressing services. |

their particular fascination. The artists will show you their performance,
after that you will have a chance to practice for yourself. The
